MMS (McMillan Shakespeare Group) spans brands in salary packaging, novated leasing, fleet & asset management, and disability support. With such scale and complexity, the challenge has been to unify leaders and employees around shared cultural foundations, while ensuring each brand’s individuality is respected.
Ne-Lo combined deep familiarity with MMS’s culture and an external perspective to challenge and inspire. Through co-design workshops, competitor reviews, and culture mapping, we helped the group align priorities and build tools that translate strategy into everyday practice.
The EVP “Be the Difference” distilled diverse strategies into a simple, unifying message leaders are measured against. It was designed to be brought to life across the moments that matter in the employee journey, acting as glue across MMS’s businesses.
