Creating original IP to unify the spectrum of workplace health and wellbeing.

Altius had a breadth of services spanning mental and physical health, proactive and reactive care. What was missing was a unifying idea that made sense to both employees and employers, cutting through fragmented offerings to position Altius as the industry leader.

Working closely with Altius teams, Ne-Lo co-designed the Spectrum: a simple, powerful framework that connects all services and reflects the non-linear reality of wellbeing. Design considerations were central—rich colour, iconic shapes, and symbolism that signal progress, caution, urgency, and persistence. In motion, these states fluidly transition, bringing to life the reality that health is never static but always shifting.

The Spectrum now drives momentum across the organisation: shaping BD pitches, embedding into technology, informing service maps, and powering webinars that spark industry-wide conversations about aiming higher in workplace wellbeing.

Still evolving, the Spectrum has given Altius focus, momentum, and a leadership position—anchoring a more ambitious conversation about what workplace health should be.
