Ho Group wanted to modernise its brand and clarify its value proposition as a premium office design and asset management business. The challenge was to refresh its identity while aligning internal stakeholders and partners, and to create tools for investor conversations and business development.
Through workshops with leadership, employees, and partners, Ne-Lo captured perspectives and aligned priorities. This collaborative approach defined a clear value proposition, positioning Ho Group’s blend of design and asset management as practical yet premium.
The refreshed identity, inspired by Mid-Century Modern and Brutalism, balanced strength with sophistication. A bold “H–O” mark anchored a flexible system applied across signage, digital interfaces, and a new website tailored for investors and business development.
